Abortion supporters often try to distance themselves from the violence of abortion by insisting they are “pro-choice,” not pro-abortion. This entirely misses the fact that every act of violence starts with a “choice.” The law exists to legislate against choices that intentionally injure or kill an innocent human being—which is why the law should be legislating against abortion.
